For asset owners
Name the structure that worries you.
We inspect it for a price you agree to before anyone arrives on site, and you get back an Omnia report organized by element.
By structure
Pick yours.
- What we look at
- Deck underside, girders, bearings and pier caps, and below the waterline, the footings and the riverbed around them.
DECK / UNDERSIDEExposed rebar with corrosion at spallCS3
FLOOR BEAMCorrosion with section loss, web perforatedCS4
ABUTMENTScour, embankment washed out behind abutmentCS4Pricing
You know the number before we show up.
We scope the job with you up front: what needs inspecting, how we'll reach it and which robot fits. The price covers the site visit and the report, and it doesn't change once you've agreed to it.
- You call
Tell us what needs inspecting, where it is and what's bothering you about it.
- We scope
We work out access and the right robot, then send back a price for the whole job.
- We capture
The robot does the capture while our operator supervises. You're welcome to be there.
- You receive
The Omnia report, with every finding checked by a person, plus the data behind it.
Average cost savings when the Minnesota DOT added drones to the inspection of 39 bridges, with no reduction in inspection quality.1
What you receive
A report your program can file.
- Organized by element
- Each element of the structure gets its own page, with its photos, its marked defects and a condition state.
- Checked by a person
- Omnia suggests findings from the photos, and every one is reviewed before it reaches you.
- Standard exports
- NBIS XML, SNBI JSON, PDF and IFC 4x3, so the findings go straight into the records you already keep.
- Yours to keep
- Your data stays yours, exportable anytime in standard formats.

What owners ask us first.
Do we need to close the road?
We plan access with you while we scope the job. The footprint on site is small: an operator, a ground station and the robot. If a lane closure or traffic control is needed, it's written into the scope before you agree to the price.
Who owns the photos and findings?
You do. Your data stays yours, exportable anytime in standard formats.
What if you find something serious?
Your report is ready the same day as the site visit. If we find something serious, we call you when we send it, so you hear about it directly.
Will the report work with the records we already keep?
The report exports as NBIS XML, SNBI JSON, PDF and IFC 4x3. If your program uses its own templates, tell us when we scope the job.
Is the software making the call on what's a defect?
Omnia suggests findings from the photos. A person reviews every one before it goes into your report.
